Campaign Common Operating Picture
Keystone's managed beta starts with Google Calendar and structured CSV imports. The product is being built to bring fundraising, advertising, field, and communications into the same operating picture as each adapter clears certification.
No credit card. Try it with 90 days of demo data in one click.
Actual command center, synthetic demo snapshot. A degraded feed is never silent.
The morning problem
Fundraising, ad platforms, field tools, the inbox, the calendar — every morning a manager stitches the picture together by hand. Keystone is designed to correlate certified feeds into one model and surface the decisions. The managed beta expands that picture as each adapter clears review.
The dashboard
Money, Field, Communications, and Operations converge into six boards: Money, Field, Comms, Manager, Email, and Calendar. The decision queue stays pinned above them.
Cash on hand, runway to election at current burn, cost-per-dollar-raised by channel.
Volunteers active, shift fill for the next 72 hours with gaps highlighted, doors and calls over time.
Mention volume with spike detection, recent-mentions feed, and message performance.
The candidate's next four days, open decisions, and the health of every connected feed.
How it works
Link your fundraising, ads, field, and calendar accounts. Credentials are encrypted per campaign; integrations are read-only.
Keystone normalizes every feed into one model overnight, derives the signals that matter, and unifies people across sources.
Open the dashboard to a severity-sorted decision queue. Explicit all-clear when nothing is wrong. Act, acknowledge, move on.
One feed is enough to launch. Connect an available source and let the rest of the operating picture fill in as integrations are certified.
Built for sensitive data
Keystone treats it that way — isolation and encryption are enforced in the architecture, not bolted on.
Every record is scoped to your account. One campaign can never read another's data — the boundary is derived from your authenticated session, never a URL.
OAuth tokens and API keys are envelope-encrypted at rest with per-campaign keys, and never returned by any route.
Keystone ingests and correlates — it never writes back to your fundraising or ad platforms. It watches; it doesn't touch.
Owner, admin, manager, and viewer roles; every privileged action is written to an append-only audit log.
